How do I connect QuickBooks Online?
In VoilaJob open Settings → Connections → QuickBooks → Connect, sign in with Intuit and choose your company. Customers, invoices, payments and expenses then sync from VoilaJob to QuickBooks.
How do I disconnect QuickBooks?
In VoilaJob: Settings → Connections → QuickBooks → Disconnect. Or inside QuickBooks: Apps → My apps → VoilaJob → Disconnect. Your records already in QuickBooks stay there.
How do I add my team?
Office and sales staff: Settings → Team access. Crew: Team → Crew & PINs, then send them the crew link.
How do I export or delete my data?
Email us from your account email and we’ll send an export or delete your account and data.
