VoilaJobTerms of Service (End-User License Agreement)

These terms are an agreement between you (the business that signs up, and anyone using VoilaJob on its behalf) and VoilaJob. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
VoilaJob is online software for contractors to manage leads, clients, estimates, invoices, schedules, crew time, receipts and reports, with AI features. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business during your subscription.
2. Accounts
Keep your login details safe and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions by team members you invite, and for giving each person only the access they need.
3. Your data
You own the data you put into VoilaJob. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter your clients’ and crew’s information and for following the laws that apply to you — including notice and consent for crew location tracking and for texting or emailing your clients. You can export your data at any time.
4. AI features
AI can make mistakes. Estimates, prices, taxes, messages and reports produced with AI are drafts for you to review. You are responsible for what you send to clients and for your prices, contracts and tax filings.
5. Connected services
When you connect third-party services such as Google or Intuit QuickBooks Online, their terms also apply, and you authorize VoilaJob to access them for the features you turn on. We are not responsible for those services or for changes they make. You can disconnect at any time.
6. Plans, payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on our website and may change with 30 days’ notice. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires, payments are not refundable. AI usage beyond your plan’s included credits may be billed as described in the app.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use VoilaJob to break the law, send spam or unwanted messages, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, try to access other companies’ data, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
8. Availability
We work to keep VoilaJob running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or improve features over time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, VoilaJob is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending the agreement
You may stop using VoilaJob at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or don’t pay. After an account ends, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. If part of them is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms and will notify account owners of important changes; continuing to use VoilaJob means you accept the updated terms.
